Dare to Dream Community Outreach Would Like to Thank Councilwoman Cartright for the COVID Testing Sign, in Front of the Elsie Owens Health center in Coram!
Valerie Cartright, is a committed Civil Rights Attorney, and elected official in the Town of Brookhaven, was recently invited to visit our Dare To Dream Group as we honored some of our local COVID-19 heroes. Our group connects with local business owners and individuals, to garner support and donations, to pass along to community and service providers.
Specifically, Dare to Dream members focus attention on residents in the Medford , Coram, Gordon Heights, and adjacent communities, where we reside, but not necessarily to the exclusion of people outside of these areas. Dare To Dream appreciated having Attorney Valerie Cartright’s interest and support, as her presence was significant. Valerie Cartright is currently running for New York State Senate in Senate District 1. From what we have seen of her, she will be a presence in Albany, and will speak to the issues of importance to people of color, will be a champion for human rights, and will seek ways to ensure the betterment of the human condition for all.
Dare To Dream encourages you to look into Valerie M. Cartright and her service to the community!
